Capital or small letter C

Hi!
Should I use capital "C" or small "c" in the following sentense?
He belongs to the Caucasian race.

I believe you should use capitals in both cases. It is the name of a nationality or ethnic group.

Actually, I found this article today so I still feel pretty confused about using capital "C". :-(
