Capital letters or not?

Hi there,

I'm wondering if we need to use a capital letter when writing about vitamins such as Vitamin A, Vitamin B etc.

I think if we say vitamins generally, then we use lower case, but so we need to have a capital letter if talking about a specific vitamin, such as Vitamin A, or vitamin B and so on.

Many thanks in advance Emotion: smile
