Capital letters in the beginning of a sentence

Hi,

I have a question because I feel really confused.

Are there any exceptions in English language when we don't use the capital letters in the beginning of a sentence? E.g., this very sentence where there isn't a capital letter in the beginning of the sentence.

"Carnival cruise is an option that combines all these items. visit this page to review more details regarding carnival cruise and what benefits you'll get making use of it."

Please see on the screenshot at http://prntscr.com/bakj77

Thank you in advance.

Visit should be capitalized there. It appears the writer is a little slack about using capitals. Carnival should be capitalized throughout, as it is a proper name.
