Capital Letters in a Title

What words (in the title of a book, movie, song etc.) should be capitals?

I've been going through some of the songs on my iTunes and noticed some (words in the titles) were in capitals that shouldn't be.
Let me give you some examples in the case of the Mahalia Jackson album I have:
1. Out Of The Depths
2. There Is A Balm In Gilead
3. His Eye Is On The Sparrow

Now I changed 'Of The' in track 1 to lower case. But I'm not entirely sure about what to do with other titles I've given you. In track 2 should 'is, a and in all be lower case? How about track 3? How should that go

Well, actually you should simply go with what the original album cover uses. However, if I were doing it: 1. Out of the Depths 2.
