Do the words in bold require capitalisation?

Mauritius has achieved marked socio-economic development according to the five stages of Rostow’s (1959) model, The Stages of Economic Growth: traditional, pre-take off, take off, maturity, and the age of mass consumption

I would not capitalize them. They are not official terms. I see that they are called various things.
