Hi, Generally speaking, we commonly capitalize all the words in a title or subtitle, although sometimes not the minor words in the middle like 'of', the'. However, if the title is a complete sentence and not just a phrase, sometimes we capialize it all and sometimes we don't. It's a style choice, whichever way you think looks better.

  • If 'Ex' is a title/subtitle as in your example, I'd write it as 'Ex' followed by a period.
