Capital apostrophe?

Which would be more correct when starting a sentence with an apostrophe?

'Twas brillig, and the slithy toves Did gyre and gimble in the wabe

or
'twas brillig, and the slithy toves Did gyre and gimble in the wabe

I usually see like the first example but feel the second is better as the apostrophe replaces the capital "I".
