I have always benefited from your help.

You changed relation to relationship. these two words are very confusing and they are used interchangeably. I have looked up in many dictionaries and google search it but still I have problem in using them.

I would be deeply grateful if you explain the difference.

'Relationship' is a more general term. It's also more idiomatic in your context.
