Wow that cleared out a lot of doubts.

I mean sir, if we can make passive voice out of all the sentences, can we make one out of this?

I peeled the skin of my lips by myself, so can "I say I got the skin of my lips peeled."

You have misunderstood. You cannot make all sentences passive. Only active voice sentences with at least one object can be made passive.

We went to the concert. [Active voice, but no object. Passive is not possible.]
Edward bought gloves. [Active voice, object. Passive is possible.]
Helen was invited to the party. [Passive voice. It cannot be made passive. It is already passive.]

The get passive is often used when you don't want to say who performed the action. That's why there is not usually a by-phrase with a get passive.

The glass got broken. (This avoids saying who broke the glass.)
My shirt got torn. (Maybe the speaker doesn't know how the shirt got torn.)

I'm guessing you don't really want to say this. Did you take a knife to your lips and cut all the skin off them? That's what your sentence seems to say. Wasn't that extremely painful? This sentence is really too gruesome to think about.

You can say this if someone took a knife to your lips and cut all the skin off them, but as I said, this is not likely to be what you think the sentence means.
