Can't/unable

I think I am getting it. Sir what about this?

''The payment you made will take 2 days to process/get processed."

Here get processed means being processed by someone or what? Please explain.

Basically sir, using sentences in passive voice is not at all wrong as long as it's being done by or through others, right? A few examples will clarify it for me like u have done it in the past.

Thank you sir.
