CAN'T THINK OF IT RIGHT OFF HAND

Dear Teachers,

1. - I was locked in last night.

- I was confined to my room last night.

- Are these the same meaning and natural?

2. Freeze! hands up! and face the wall!

- Is this natural?

3. I don't have my address book on me right now. So I can't think of it right off hand.

- What does "can't think of it right off hand" mean here?

- I was confined to my room last night. This sounds like your parents "grounded" you - said you weren't allowed out, but didn't physically restrain you with a lock. Although it COULD mean that.
