Can't say NOTHING about/ Leading up TO

Could you please take a look at these for me?

1 I might live in a small apartment but at least I have one. You can't say nothing about my apartment cause at least I have one.
2 You can't say nothing, I won fair and square.

3 I buy one present a day from december 1st leading up to christmas.
4 You'd think that he thinks everyone is at his disposal.
