Can't omit the subject inside because conjunction???

I think when the conjunction "as" is used for "because", we can't omit "subject". Right?
How about the conjunctions "since" and "because"? When both of them are for the meaning of "because", can we omit subject and "to be" verb?
I think we can't omit subjects in such cases, neither. Could you confirm whether I'm right or not?
Thank you for your answer in advance.

[2*]because (being) busy, I can't attend the business meeting this afternoon.

For the corrected sentence by you, If I change like this,

Since having a business meeting this afternoon,I won't be able to have lunch with you.

Is this sentence wrong? Couldn't you once more confirm it? Thank you for your teaching in advance.
