"Can't help" idiom question.

Can I say "Can't help these"? I've heard people normally say "can' help it"? Also, "would can't help them" make sense? (E.g. I bought the vacuum cleaner for my usage, but the rest of them on the floor always use it. Can't help them (actually intending to say I can't really avoid that/ stop them from using my vacuum cleaner)

" The phrase 'would can't help them' does not make sense either. What I would say is " I bought a vacuum, but my roommates keep using it. "

As American, I have never heard anyone use the phrase, "Can't help these." The phrase 'would can't help them' does not make sense either. What I would say is " I bought a vacuum, but my roommates keep using it. They can't help themselves."
