Can't help

The idiom can't help, can you put it in the future tense?

You won't be able to help but do that. It's who you are.
Or do I have To say "You can't help but do that"

What does "do that" mean ? Are you trying to say: You can't help being who you are ?. Can't help - is present, but with suggestive context, it can be future. I can't help you with your moving this weekend. I have to visit my dad in the hospital.

No. 'can' (and the other modals) are all "non-past", so they can represent either present time or future time situations.
