can't handle sth (context)

A guy shows some simple dance moves and a girl asks if he can dance. He answers: You can’t handle it. What does he mean? Don’t even try to dance with me because you can’t? You’re not going to understand it? I can’t dance?
Context: he dances to the music from his car near some house. She’s not close to him so I don’t believe she/he wants to dance together.
