Can't figure out this British Accent. Help!



The clip starts with Graham Norton saying this:
Now, here's the thing. So, it is shrouded in secrecy, the whole thing. __________________________________________________. So, Daisy, how long did you have to...

It seems like he says, "We're not...." but not sure about the rest.

"to tell" is said so quickly that it sounds (is?) merged!

Hmm...I don't know about the sound but "to tell" sounds strange considering that the subject is not you but we. 'Cause we should also include the speaker himself but he's not supposed to know anything either, right?

And, at 0:17, the man says: "... I told them when I got cast ... etc."

That's what I heard. I think he's saying that he can't show a clip from the film on his television show, as is common to do when interviewing actors.

listeneverGood to know.To my non-native ears, his accent was more like British (than North American), if anything. (I'm not familiar with the Irish accent, though.) But if it's not even British, what is it?
It's a very mild Irish accent.
