Cannot help but to V

Hello, Could you tell me if there are meaning differences in those three phrases? 1. Cannot help but to -V~ 2. Cannot hep but -ing~ 3. Cannot hep ~ing. I think all of them are correct and the same. What do you think? Please help me and thanks in advance.
