Cannot figure out this sentence...

is it correct?

The last time when Jim met with Julia in presence was in the summer of 2009, when she lived with him.

I think it is not written correctly... Could somebody help me?

No. We don't 'meet with' people that we live with. Say eg The last time Jim saw Julia in person was in the summer of 2009.
