Cannot eat anything

Can one say

a. He can't eat anything.

b. Can he eat anything?

c. Can't he eat anything?

instead of

a. He can't eat JUST anything.

b. Can he eat JUST anything?

c. Can't he eat JUST anything?

I don't think I hear those often but I can't find anything wrong with them.
