Can/do

Can I always use 'do' instead of 'can' when asking questions?

How do I kill a vampire?
How do I get there?
How do I get better?
How do I make money?

It has little to do with interrogatives, but native speakers use 'do' where learners want to use 'can' in many such constructions.

Will I sound like a non-native speaker if I use 'can' instead of 'do' in some cases?
