Can/could/might/may

1. People with fabulous looks and money can be losers.

2. People with fabulous looks and money could be losers.

3. People with fabulous looks and money might be losers.

4. People with fabulous looks and money may be losers.

i think 2nd or 3rd sentence might be correct, but not sure. could you please help me?
