For a description of hotel cancellation charge, could you please tell me if the following is grammatically correct?

For cancellation of reservations with advance payment with a credit card, the following cancellation fees will apply unless stated otherwise in the description of your reservation.

The below percent (%) is the percentage of the stay rate charged as a penalty.
No-show: 100% / On the day: 100% / Day prior to stay: 50% / 7 days prior to stay: 10%
