Can you write this?

I built the bridges which you let lit

I'm swedish so I'm a little off with the grammar. Especially the whole "past, future" thingy. I may not even use the correct words.

This seems like it would apply to the following situation:

Scene: Bar

Electrical Contractor: "We just put in the street lights for those two bridges."

General Contractor: "I build the bridges which you just lit."

I would like 'lit' to describe 'burning it down', but I'm afraid it's just a word I've catched on and maybe learnt in a "wrong" way.

Maybe: I built the bridges which you just set on fire.
Or maybe: I built the bridges which you just burnt down.
