Can you vs. Could you OR Can I vs. Could I

You are in a resturant.

"Could I get a beer please?" or "Can I get a beer please?"

"Could you get me a drink please?" or "Can you get me a drink please?"

Is there any difference among those sentences?

Also this question raised another question:)

a. Is there any diference...
b. Are there differences...

Are those sentences correct and can I say "Are there ANY diferences."

Thanks greatly!
