Can you use 'where' this way?

Can you use 'where' this way?
Would I have to rephrase?

In order to make the same amount of money, I had to sell 3 products where other salesmen had to sell only 1. My products aren't as expensive.

Can you use 'where' this way? I would not use "where" there. 'while' is much better.
