It should 'Where do you live?'

If you ask 'Where did you live?' you are asking for his old addre

I already knew that.

But a kid add me on msn and he told me that "Where do you live" cannot be use.

The do cannot be use in this sentence.

It's ridiculess, actually, I did knew that the "do" can be use and the did can't.

You can definitely use "do" in this sentence. Of course, whether you use "do" or "did" changes the meaning, as has already been pointed out.
