Can you tell me whether this is grammatically correct?

Beautiful women are always drawn to men they think will keep them beautiful.

Shouldn't there be a relative pronoun (who) after "men"?

Well, anything is possible in speech, but in writing, in an academic paper, let's say, it'll be grammatically incorrect not to use the relative pronoun.

No, it wouldn't. This is a matter of style rather than grammar,

If you draw the tree diagram of that clause, you'll see whether it's grammatical or not.

Tree diagrams are one way of analysing sentence structure. They can neither prove nor disprove whether an utterance is grammatical.

You can put it there if you want, but it's optional. As it stands, it has what is called "a contact relative", in other words, an omitted relative word, which is quite common.
