He wants a stable job
He wants a/some stability in his job.

warm
warmth

The jacket makes me feel warm
The jacket brings him warmth

mysterious
mystery

The misunderstanding between them is caused by their mysterious acts.
There is a mystery between them.

sincere
sincerity

She is a nice and sincere person.
She is a lady with sincerity (sorry I don't really know how to make a sentences with this word)
