Can you tell me if this makes sense and grammar mistakes?

I need to say this to the hotel person, makes any sense?

It cost 10 dollars to get hooked up connected to the internet for 24hours from your room. What I don't know is whether it cost 10 dollars for any number of computer hooked up to the wifi or if it's per computer. I tried hooking up my second computer to the wifi but it wouldn't work without my accepting the terms and paying another 10 dollars. I called down and asked the reception desk if it was 10 dollars for one or more computers. The receptionist said it was 10 for several computers. I then proceeded to accept the terms on the second computer and finally connect to the internet. 24 hours later, the first computer I connect to internet got cut off. If I was only going to get charged 10 for both computer, both computers would have gotten cut off at the same time. But that wasn't the case> The second computer got cut off 10 minutes after the first. I'm wondering whether you are going to charge me twice or once?

Thanks
