Can you tell me if the brackets are necessary?

How would you correctly say these sentences please?

- You should keep your work (for) when the boss is here so you look busy when he's around.
- There is too much noise (going) on outside.
- He is going to (get) trie(d).
- You are everything I hate (in/about) a guy.
- I do my job perfectly (well).

Thank you

1 does the sentence read well to you?
2 is going optional?
3 I meant to say "tire" He is going to get tired or he is going to tire.
4 Whats the best word here?
