Can you say "You yourself"

Is this whole sentence grammatical?

1 I'm not going to look nice when you yourself aren't looking good.

Thank you

Reflexive pronouns can be used after a noun or pronoun to emphasize them: Anne herself did all her homework. John himself helped me. So I'd say your sentence is correct, but I would never use it in speech (I would just stress the word you ), just in writing.
