Can You Say A Paragraph in Other Way?

in "The Amish Charter", the writer describe many rules and punishment of Amish community as a closed community in which members accept to follow the rules without questioning. Within the limitation of that community, the member would have a close relationships between them, but a superficial one with others who are not in their community. Although communities accept people for who they are, following the con with benefit of being themselves sometimes lead people to another disadvantages.
