The diagram illustrates each stage when growing pineapples and the process of producing pineapple juice, canned pineapples and for export.

Overall, there are three periods when planting pineapples, the longer they are grown, the bigger are the fruits. Each size of the pineapple are suitable for a specific product although they are all take five steps to produce the final upshot.

To grow pineapples, they must receive warm temperature, at 28°C to 30°C. in addition, they have to be planted 26cm apart. After 7 months, pineapples will grow to medium size until they are sprayed chemicals. Five months later, they are ready to be harvested when they are 30cm long and weigh 2kg.

All the harvested pineapples will then be cleaned by water. Small and medium-sized ones are chopped down the head and peeled before the small pineapples are put into an exactor and the medium ones are sliced into pieces. Finally, the pineapple juice are ready to be served and the sliced pineapples are canned before being sold to customers. As for the big pineapples, they will be waxed by water and put into a basket. Each basket will be laid into a container before they are exported by ships.
