Favre-tastic

The game started; with of course, Brett Favre rolling to his left and throwing an interception to Arizona Cardinal Safety's Kerry Rhodes. At first glance, it looked like Rhodes was on his way to the end zone for an easy touchdown. But then out of nowhere Vikings receiver Greg Camarillo knocked the ball loose just before Rhodes cross the end zone. The ball squirted out of the end zone for a touchback, which was a huge play for the Vikings.

The game was close at first with both teams only having 10 points. Then, the Cardinals went on a run, scoring touchdown on a 96 yard kick return touchdown by LaRod Stephens- Howlings, and a 30 yard fumble return by Michael Adams, which put the Vikings down 24-10.

Down by 14 with less than five minutes to play against the Arizona Cardinals, Vikings fans and players even Brett Favre thought the Minnesota Vikings were done. Boos filled the Metrodome and Vikings fans were yelling to fire Brad Childress, the Vikings head coach.

Suddenly, the great Brett Favre engineered two magical drives, which both resulted in touchdowns to save the Vikings' season and possibly even Childress' job. This was Favre 46 and most important comeback from behind win. " There was a point in that game where I think everyone in the building thought this is not going well. We don't stand a chance" said Favre.

Favre threw a career-high 446 yards and two touchdowns. One of Favre two touchdowns with 27 seconds left to play in regulation to Vikings tight end Visanthe Shiancoe.

"I felt like I was playing for mine. I'm just being honest. ... Have I always got along with my coach, head coach, quarterbacks coach, offensive coordinator? No. Do I always agree with the plays that are called? No. Why should that factor into me wanting to be the best player I can be?" Favre said.

Favre will try to keep the magic when the Vikings travel to the Windy City to play the Chicago Bears.
