Song Writing & Lyrics

Can you please help me with the song!

Okay I was listening to the radio and this song came on. I don't know anything about it, but I think that it is an older song. Most likely in the late 90's I think.

Here is part of the chorus: (I'm not sure how accurate these are, and I know that I'm missing a few words here and there.)

I'm not crazy, I'm just a little unwell, I know right now you can't tell

But stay a while, and baby then you'll see a different side of me

I'm not crazy, I'm just a little impaired, I know right now you don't care

Think of me and how I used to be

Thank you if you can give me any information at all. Emotion: big smile
