Some people think that there should be some strict controls about noise. Others think that they could just make as much noise as they want. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
Noise is an important issue that people in the urban and the out suburb face with irritating sounds. While some people think it is good to make noise freely, I would argue that it is better to have strict rules to control the noise level.
First, being surrounded by noise makes many people feel more productive while they are working or entertaining. For example, when listening to baroque music, students find it more concentrated to work on their homework, although it might be annoying to surrounding people. Second, noise should not be reduced since it is part of modernization and industrial, which many residents living in the nearby construction can understand the problem. For instance, citizens who live in the new building find it is acceptable when the neighborhood is repairing their apartment. People are happy that the noise level is appropriate and do not need a new rule.
On the other hand, having strict laws can minimize the sound level and avoid noise pollution. First, people’s health of all ages can easily be affected by noise, and at a high volume of sound, some people can lose their hearing. When the neighborhood has a party, people cannot sleep with the loud beat of the music. Besides, people’s productivity and creativity can decrease when listening to unwanted noise. For example, the white-collars usually complain that the horn noise makes them have no mood for work.
For the reasons mentioned above, it seems to me that we should better eliminate it by enacting rules, limiting the noise level, and have suitable punishment and consideration for the others.
