Can you please help me with my writing task 1. Thank you so much.

The graph shows the amount of money spent on books in Germany, France, Italy and Austria between 1995 and 2005.

The line graph compares the expenditure on books from 1995 to 2005 in four European countries.

Overall, people in Germany used money for books more than those in France, Austria and Italy. However after a 10-year period, purchased book increased among four different countries.

In 1995, Germany had the highest expenditure on books which was $80 million. Despite some fluctuations, money spent on books in Germany continued to be higher than in the othe countries, and reached a peak almost $ 100 million in 2005. In contrast, the figure for Austria was much lower at $30 million. It then rose sharply from $40 million in 2001 to $72 million in the end of the period.

The spending figures for France and Italy show the similar trend. In 1995, the mone spent on book was 45 milion and $50 million in France and Italy respectively. There was a steady increase in the expenditure on books in France and this finally reached $75 million in 2005, In Italy, money spend on books gradually increased and reached over $60 million in 2005.
