Can you please help me rephrase some of my sentences and help me with grammar ?

It has always been my dream to study abroad. Due to family issues I was not able to leave my family and study where I wanted. After graduation I enrolled in the best and closest possible program taught in English. I enrolled in B.Sc. Business Consultancy International at University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt. Sadly, I had to withdraw from the program, because of need of my presence at home. I applied in all business related universities in Slovakia and chose from highest ranked. I enrolled in International Management program at Comenius University. I am now able to leave and study at the university I want. If I were to be granted admission at your university, I would pause my studies at University of Comenius and completing my bachelor after graduating from your university. I do not want to wait another second and start pursuing the career I always wanted.
