Can you please help me correct this?

1 That's the wrong way to go about it.

2 How do you explain I didn't know when your birthday was? I'm not her. I'm her twin.

3 I hired her because she was the first person to come along. (I saw her first)

Hi Alex N° 1 is OK. N° 2 is bizarre. I think you want to say something like: "How do I explain that I didn't know when your birthday was?

N° 2 is bizarre. I think you want to say something like:

"How do I explain that I didn't know when your birthday was? Because, I'm not her. I'm her twin."

N° 3 can have a couple of connotations. I hired her because she was the first person to come along doesn't mean that you hired her because you saw her first. That would be, si
