Topic: The best way for governments to solve the problem of traffic congestion is providing free public transport in 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Nowadays, people increasingly have concerned measures to reduce congestion which pose risks to traffic safety. Although there are a number of methods to solve this conundrum public transport should be provided without charge for people every day.

On the one hand, the volume of vehicles on the road can be considerably decreased thanks to public transports. In fact, by using this alternative solution people can limit other private vehicles such as motor, car, taxi, and so on. For example, a train can carry about fifty passengers which means that there would be approximately fifty people do not need to use individual transports. As a consequence, the more vehicles are cut down, the more traffic jams are controlled. In sum, transports used by the public bring unprecedented benefits in curbing traffic connections.

On the other hand, people should take using free public transport into consideration due to the fact that it is economical. For example, I have to pay about 600.000vnd for my motorbike's fuel and nearly 400.000vnd for parking fee, however, if I opt for a bus to go to school every day I can save about 700.000vnd each month. Take one more instance, when the bus route from Vinh Bao which is an outskirt in Hai Phong city to Vimaru University was launched the great number of students inclined to use this vehicle to go to school since it helps them economise petrol fee. By way of consequences, there was no longer traffic congestion on Lach Tray street at around 7 am.

In conclusion, there are more and more solution people should pay attention to reduce traffic jams in which people should consider the idea to use public transport all day.
