I think complaining that no one answered your question after it had been up less than 20 minutes shows quite a bit of impatience.

We explain something TO someone. "Please explain something to me," not "Please explain me."

As for your original question, it's nonsense. It's so garbled I can't even guess at the meaning.

Sorry. I can't help you there. "how to fall out" doesn't make much sense. Are you falling out of an airplane in the course of skydiving?
