Afternoon All,

Continue to work closely with the contractors & their workforce – encouraging participation in SWA & utilizing the full range of safety tools at our & their disposal. With regular site visits being conducted by the HES Team member & the ongoing support of the contractors workforce, we continue to have an incident & accident free status so far.

Construction on the high School . Work being performed by “XYZ Company
Activities for the week – Tiling – Installing the suspended ceiling – cementing.

A flag man has been assigned in order to control the traffic and the area has been barricaded to isolate the civilians from the hazards.

Several issues have been found during our daily visit to the site.

? Naked wire.
? Making fire inside the location by burning the garbage.
? Welding without a proper face shield.
? Improper scaffolding.

All these issues have been sorted out immediately by HES team members.
