The poem is below:

"Overthinking binge?
We all have done this before
You know, I know, they know
That life isn't a thing to mess with

Yet, we choose to, accidentally. "

Explanation:

The poem is about how the writer realized that Overthinking takes over people's lives even without them realizing it. That's why I use 'accidentally' to describe how 'overthinking' isn't completely our fault.
