Many people say that the only way to guarantee a good job ís to complete a course of university education. Others claim that it it better to start work after school and gain experience in the world of work.

To what extend do you agree or disagree with the above view.

The question of when to work to gain the most benefits has been raised by students of any ages. While people says that having a university degree ís the only way to assure a good job, others state that starting to work right after school to gain experience is the better way. I believe working right after school might get you ahead of others in experience at work, however, in the long term, having a university degree can help you to be more successful in your career.

On one hand, starting to work instantly after school can bring you benefit earlier than university attenders. The sooner you work, the earlier you can make money. In addition, applying for job before those university students give you the advantage in experience. On the other hand, without a university degree, there are a little amount of well-paid jobs to apply for,not to mention your limited promotion in the future because of your lack expertise.

Getting the university degree open for you a wide variety of vocation choices and give you a bigger chance of having a promotion in comparision to the one who works right after school. You can be taught about your expertise which is not obtainable through working experience. Furthermore, most of the profitable jobs’ requirements is university degree, so getting one will assure for your stable living needs.

In my opinion, having a plan to finish the university should be a beter choice than going to work early. The experience can be compensated by knowledge with time, however, the knowledge you wasted in the university can not be made up by experience. In the long term, going to the university can guarantee a lucrative job and a better career.
