The given diagram illustrated the process of making perfume by using oil.
Overall, it requires many steps to turn oil into perfume.
To begin the process, water is put into a bottle where it will be heating by fire. By heating the water, steam is produced. A tube is built to connect the bottle, which contain the heating water, and another bottle. This bottle contains aromatic plants so that when the steam pass through it, the steam will also consist of oil vapor.
Next, the mixture of the steam and the oil vapor goes through a condenser. The structure of the condenser contains one part is cold water and another apart is cold water. By passing the condenser, the steam is converted into water and form a new mixture of water and essential oil. Then, the mixture continues to be transported into a separator. Here, the separator separates essential oil and hydrolat. This is the end of the whole process with the result is the essential oil.
