Topic: Families who do not send their children to government-financed schools should not be required to pay taxes that support universal education.

Education is obligatory for everyone, but there is a wide choice of different institutions and people are allowed to choose where to study. Not every person prefers public schools and, therefore, forward kids to paid gymnasiums. The question is whether these people should still contribute to the government's education system.

Throughout ages, there always have been wealthy families who endeavoured to give their children the best. Public schools, generally, don't offer proper conditions for kids from such homes. They are accustomed to individual treatment, heightened security and certain circle of friends, mostly from the same rich families. As long as these people can afford costly private colleges, it is completely acceptable for them to avoid local schools which cannot give such advantages.

But the only thing which parents pay for is teachers' work. It is them who provide all the services available at school. Higher salaries of private school teachers can often be unreasonable and unfair towards public school professors. They may do the same job with comparable quality. The only source of wages for them are taxes and no matter what school does child attend, parents just must be required to pay.

If these families are wealthy enough to pay for expensive private school, then they can afford some spendings on their country. It remains to be seen in what situation person can get in, so we must take care not only of ourselves but of everyone else as well.

So, when people are affordable to costly private colleges, it is certainly acceptable for them to avoid extra taxes payment of local schools, which cannot give these benefits.

However, having said this, it must be admitted that what parents pay for is for teachers’ teaching to students. They are the one who provide all patience and learning. Salaries should be paid to them, let alone the salaries to private school teachers. It is considered as unfair treatment to them. The only payback for them is taxes, which parents must be required to pay.

In conclusion, I believe that parents are not required to pay taxes, but on the other hand, I can sympathise with the situation of the teachers and I do believe that taxes should be paid to them as a reward to them.
