Can You help me with this text?

Hi my son gave me this text for look I trayed doo somethings, but I dont know its ok now? 
My mother tongue is dutch, so that is a reason for this post thank You:)

GARY is a computer programmer.
He work a 40-hour week.
They have flexible hours, so he can start and finish when he want.
If they are very busy then he work overtime-he get paid extra for this.
Tony earn a good salary, but he job doesn't role he life.
He like to do different things in he free time.

I will correct this like that:


Tony is a computer programmer.
He work a 40-hour PER week.
GARY have flexible hours, so he can start and finish when he want.
If HE is very busy, then he's working overtime-so he get paid extra for this.
Tony earnS a good salary, but HIS job doesn't role HIS life.
He like to do different things in HIS free time.

You can say either of these.

He works a 40-hour week. '40-hour' is an adjective. The object of the verb 'works' is the noun 'weeks'.
He works 40 hours per week. The noun phrase '40 hours' is the object of the verb 'works'.
