Can you help me with this sentence?

I was watching a clip about the life cycle of the Pacific salmon, and there's a line at 5:01 that the subtitle reads: "Pacific salmon have been nourishing our culture's economies and ecosystems". I wonder what the author meant when he mentioned culture's economies. Or did she read: "our cultures, economies, and ecosystem".

anonymous I wonder what the author meant when he mentioned culture's economies. Or did she read: "our cultures, economies, and ecosystem". I'd have to hear it myself to be sure, but it looks like it is supposed to be "cultures, economies, and ecosystems".
