In some countries owning a home rather than renting own is very important for people.
What might be the cause? Do you think this is a positive or negative situation?
Many people believe that having a house is one of the most important step of their life, because it stands for a simple success. In my opinion this situation may brings several negative effects. This essay will discuss the reasons as well as the throwbacks of this phenomenon.
There are two main reason why a lot of people, especially the older try to avoid renting an apartment. Firstly, they might think that a person only can develope their career path as well as social position when they have a permanent shelter. For example, people tend to live in the same house in a very long time while their jobs or career may be changed several times. Secondly, a house or an apartment may is the most valuable property for most people around the world. When they can afford for their house, it also is a message to inform their friends and their family their achievement about financial situation.
This theory may encourage young generation to work harder to get promotion in their jobs, but it also lead to unnecessary burdens for them, especially people who live in big cities. Nowadays, young workers tend to responsible two or more tasks at the same time to earn a living. They have to cope with a lot of financial burdens to survival in expensive living cost places. If owning a house become a normal standard, they might live under pressure and anxiety. As a consequence, this kind of thinking may lead to mental health problems. Moreover, in a modern life people may change their jobs regularly or work abroad more often so it is unnecessary to spend a large amount of money for thing that they may not use for a long run.
In conclusion, the number of people think that having a house is very important task of ones life, but this statement can brings a lot of barriers and stressful in a every daily life.
